Welcome to this morning’s service, starting at 10.30 – The service leader and speaker today is Andy Mugford. We have invited members of our Job Club to the service today. It is our “CAP Sunday” and will not include communion as it is a different type of service. Home groups may like to incorporate communion into their midweek meetings. Tea and coffee will be available in the back hall after the service. Gavin Fuller and Ann Frost are responsible for tea and coffee today.
Please join us at 10.10 in the upstairs youth room for prayer before the service. If you would like someone to pray with you after the service Paul and Lucy will be available.

Home group questions
In the film which we watched on Sunday, Kylie described how she felt as if she was drowning in her situation. There are many people feeling overwhelmed like her. Kylie’s depression was linked to feeling trapped by her debts but people can feel trapped by many things.
- In our community, what are the big things threatening to overwhelm people?
- What are we doing in our church to practically help people in these situations? What else might we do?
- In what areas of life do you personally need God’s help to find stillness in place of fear? How do the Bible verses below speak to you in your situation? Matthew 11:28-30; Philippians 4:6-7; John 14:27
- How can you help someone else experience this amazing peace from God? Exodus 14:13-14 may help answer this.
John Hetzel’s Thanksgiving Service – 2.45pm Thursday 16th November Everyone is invited to join Margaret and family to give thanks for John’s life.

Essex Counties Support Meeting – today

Broomfield Road Evangelical Church has extended an invitation to join them for their evening service at which Doug Barnett will be speaking.
Key to Life? Thank you for your invaluable prayer support and encouragement with this project. All 3 schools were very appreciative of the resource from the churches.
