What can you do to break free?

The Sense” Christian band at Plume, 30 January – 4th February Plume have accepted the invitation from CTiM for The Sense band to come into school in the week beginning January 30th 2017.  The group will be taking part in RE, Music and dance lessons at Mill Road mostly, but we hope to have them at Fambridge Road for some GCSE lessons. There will also be events at lunch time and a concert at the end of the week.

There are 12 members of the music – dance group that are coming and accommodation is needed from Sunday evening  29th Jan to Saturday morning 4 February. 2 group members will have a van to transport the team around in.  We have an offer already to accommodate the drivers and large van.  There is a smaller van that will need drive-way space.  The Team can easily be split up across homes, though ideally in at least twos to make collecting and dropping them off relatively easy. Hosts will be asked to provide breakfast.  We hope that the school will provide lunch – otherwise a packed lunch too will be needed. At the end of school each day the team debrief and plan the next day and Maldon churches hosting them for a hot evening meal in different churches each evening.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the school across the churches in Maldon.  In addition to these practical needs, please pray for the timetable planning and liaising with the school ahead of the event.  More information on the band can be found at:-  http://www.yfcone.co.uk/touring-band

If you can help with accommodation, please speak to Andrew.
