On Saturday afternoon, a fish and chip van will be parked in the four car parking spaces in front of the Church so please allow access for this. Thank you.

Elders Update – four things that the Elders have been considering of the past few weeks:
1: Teaching Programme – considering how we explore and apply the Bible’s teaching in a relevant way using a mixture of Old and New Testament teaching, a mix of ‘internal’ and ‘external’ speakers and asking a balance of new and ‘usual’ people to speak on a Sunday.
2: Home Group Review – as part of a refresh and re-jiggle discussing how ‘believe’, ‘follow’ and ‘hear’ from our Vision and Values fit within our aims and objectives for Home Groups and considering how Home Groups might also encourage each other to ‘share our faith’.
3: Getting Ready for 2017 – exploring Hebrews in January, preparing for a series of new year ‘whole church’ prayer times based on ‘believe’, ‘follow’, ‘hear’ and ‘share’ which will lead into refreshed and re-jigged home Groups during the first quarter of 2017.
4: Pastoral – sharing in praising God for the good and praying for the challenges we face as individuals and a fellowship.
If you want to follow up on any of these updates please speak to one of the Elders.
Thank you for your continued prayerful support.
On the first Sunday of the month we all stay together in Church. On the remaining Sundays the children join the first part of the service, then go to separate parts of the building for their activities.
We have three groups:
Mustard: an Early Years group, who meet upstairs.
Pepper and Mustard+ Infant and Junior groups, for up to secondary school age, who meet downstairs in the back hall.
Salt: a group for School Years 7 to 11, upstairs in the Youth Room on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month.
If you wish to use the church at any time please contact Valerie Lamb.
Maldon Food Bank If you would like to contribute there is a box in the entrance hall for donations of non-perishable food.
